• Entries must follow the instructions listed in the competition announcement.

• Each participant may submit only one entry. Multiple submissions may lead to disqualification.

• The submitted audio file must be in MP3 or WAV format and must not exceed 2 minutes in length.

• All recordings must be original and created by the participant. Any use of AI-generated or plagiarized content will result in disqualification.

• The submission deadline is 31 December 2025, 11:59 PM (Doha time).

• Late entries will not be accepted.

• The judging panel will evaluate submissions based on:

    o Clarity and pronunciation

    o Expression and natural tone

    o Alignment with Ejaz’s educational and motivational spirit

• The winner will be announced on 1 February 2026 via Ejaz’s official platforms.

• The winner will receive a collaboration opportunity to narrate future Ejaz content, subject to project needs and mutual agreement.

• The winner’s name and voice may be featured on Ejaz’s website, app, and social media channels.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• By submitting an entry, participants grant Ejaz a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and share their submitted audio and name for promotional, editorial, or marketing purposes related to the competition.

• The winner agrees to allow Ejaz to use their voice recordings in future content, with appropriate credit where applicable.

Ejaz reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or incomplete information;

• Submits offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material;

• Attempts to interfere with the competition or its process.

• Ejaz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• The judges’ decision is final and binding.

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and to Ejaz’s privacy and data use policies.
